Richard Chow Graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the University of Wales in 1986. He was admitted as a Barrister to the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn London in 1988 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1989. He has substantial experience in banking, commercial and Industrial labour disputes litigation and as well as in commercial litigation. Richard is also a legal advisor on both corporate and commercial matters and has substantial experience in the preparation of corporate and commercial documentation.
He has a strong analytical background, especially in financial analysis. He completed his post-graduate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance with the University of Hull, England in 1997. Richard was the legal advisor to Pacific Trustees Berhad in 2008 before joining Pacific Trustees Berhad in February 2012 as the Assistant General Manager.
