Alice is the Head of Consultancy and Research Department of Knight Frank Singapore. She oversees the department in real estate market research and publishes various research reports and topical papers on Singapore real estate market. She also leads the department on consultancy projects such as feasibility study, research analysis and development consultancy for residential, retail, office and industrial market segments for public and private sector clients. Alice is frequently quoted in the media on real estate issues and a regular contributor of research papers to The Business Times and The Straits Times.
Formerly Head of Research with construction consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall, Alice has provided market research and advisory services for Real Estate Investment Trust companies, financiers, developers and building owners, ranging from technical due diligence, transaction review, life cycle capital assessments to feasibility studies. She has also worked in Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore where she was involved in strategic policy and retail concept planning, airport commercial management and training of service staff.
With a scholarship from Far East Organization, Alice completed a BSc (Building) with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and won the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal, Singapore Contractors’ Association Gold Medal, Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers Gold Medal and the Sally Meyer Gold Medal. She also holds an MSc (Real Estate) from NUS and is a winner of the REDAS Gold Medal.
