1. Respect our staff, customers and our vendors as our equals and manage by leadership and not by fear. We believe that every human beings are capable of achieving their potential from a culture of respect, initiative and service.
2. We are pro family and pro health and encourage staff to take regular time off without fear of repercussions or guilt. We believe if we take care of our staff, they will take care of our business. At the core of the owners of the firm is a deep seated belief that we are responsible for the lives of our staff.
3. We embrace education and life long education, be it through training opportunities for staff who are willing to learn.
4. Developing a love for people, animals and the environment. The owners are regularly involved in community, and charity causes and support staff initiatives in community and environmental projects. The Global CSR Summit & Awards remained one of our flagship event and commitment to promoting the CSR initiatives on a global scale.
5. Doing business ethically and forming friendship and partnerships will all of our clients and vendors. We believe in speaking truthfully as a true friend to our clients and we encourage staff to do the same to our clients without the need to please at all cost. We believe in resolving disputes objectively and responsibly. Not being fearful of saying no to clients that goes against our moral compasses.
